Beyond the regular curriculum, Sri Yogeshwarananda School fosters a vibrant extracurricular environment deeply rooted in Indian culture and values. Students actively participate in daily prayer sessions, yoga, and the celebration of national and religious festivals.
Many programs and activities are conducted at the school level. The students are welcomed in a special way on the Re-opening day. The teachers too team up the students in celebrations like food fest. They too perform for the children. The send-off party for the outgoing X grade students is celebrated as Sankalpa Day where the students are made to take an oath to remain as a socially-aware responsible citizens.
Our Kindergarten section is the most active, fun-filled section of the school where the teachers not only impart academic knowledge, but ensure right values, culture and discipline are inculcated at a very young age. The classes are always engaged in activities like circle-time, games, drawing, art & crafts, music, dance and shloka.
